COVID: A Change in Coffee Consumption

During COVID, we saw an enormous increase in both number of subscribers, but also the frequency of which this is private is we were selling to wanted to purchase coffee. We saw a jump there from around 300 tons to about about 500 tons. And yes, so since COVID we sustained that volume of coffee. What we've seen since is a continuation of that product mix. So a larger proportion of our coffee going out is espresso than it was pre-COVID.
