Starting with your toes I want you to feel each one of them relax. The stomach releases the abdominals no longer clench Allowing the stomach to move up and down as you breathe. Feeling the breath move through the body becoming aware of what our bodies are doing for us in each moment. We all spend so much time trying to be like other people around us Instead of being aware that our superpower is really just being ourselves There's nothing more that we need.
