Do You Really Want to Do Jiu Jitsu for Three Months?
The ideal situation which is completely unrealistic, right? And I would not recommend somebody do this. But because the Matt time is important, right? So I wouldn't recommend doing this but like if you could just stop doing Jiu Jitsu for three months and get as strong as you possibly can then start adding Jiu Jitsu back in. It's really hard to get the conditioning back for Jiu Jitsu if you've been out for more than a few weeks. That conditioning is very difficult to get back. If you do it though, the quicker it comes back. You know, an experienced guy can take a long time off from even hard rules and have it back within a few sessions. At
