The Wrong Asset Is a Big One
I was looking at a property that I wanted to buy for a client and as soon as I got to the pool, I saw there was a pool. For these people who are interstate investors who were never thinking about using the property, it's actually just bad news as an investment. To make it work in terms of economy, scale needs to be big. And what you talked about in terms of lego land, you know, people in Australia value privacy,. they value space and they, they, they still value a bit of individuality - even though we've talked about our cities will grow and get more dense over time.
