Is the Public Beta Making It Easier?
Even for people who I would consider power users, this is going to make it easier. All that being said, it's still a beta. Oh, yeah. Please don't install the public beta on your working phone unless you don't mind it occasionally not being a working phone. And also if you are upgrading just one of your devices and you use iCloud sync for your shortcuts, do turn off iCloud sync on that device that you upgrade because once you run it on iOS 13, it will no longer work on iOS 12.
