Is Liz Truss' Authority Undermining?

There was laughter in the conference hall, which when you were there, felt like it was undermining the Chancellor's authority. As soon as the government U-turns, the rebels sense that they can overpower the government and their power. A lot of Conservative MPs feel quite uncomfortable about whether they're going to hang onto their seat or not. And I think they will be quite happy for people to look at the Conservative Party and see that it's not just Liz Truss' party,. That there's also a section of it that is more reasonable Conservatives - because they want to hang on their seats.
