Employee Employee Relationships - Trust

i think it all comes down to trust between your employee and your employer. If you, if you don't have trust, someone can be sitting at their desk for ten hours and not getting anything done. I i do want to implement the four day work week as a trial in the business,. just to see if we can rock the status quo a little bit.
