A lot of what I call opportunistic investors that are just waiting for the market to come down. They've got cash last time after the crash, they went in and bought the big time and they held it. So we're noticing in our business that we're going into more of a nurture phase with our sellers. We're still getting leads through, but now it's more about what we call a stay in touch plan.
