There's no way for me to answer in advance the question, how much is a healthy percentage of money to spend on ads because there are way too many contextural factors. The big point of ation for a lot of brands is going to be where their unit economics work out. A business that has a a landed margin of 75 % is going to think about how much money they can spend on ads very different than a business that have a 35%.
