The Amazon Echo articulates this perfectly for me. There are some things that really click and some things that don't make sense to the younger generation, which is digital native. And I've noticed this with my own kids, where there's some things that they're just confused by. My nine-year-old wakes up and he asks what was the score of the game last night because he usually is going to bed before the game has even started. So when he's speaking it as a second language, his voice feels like an English speaker talking to him.
