Christian Wasn't Real Name, How Was He Going to Pay for the Monument?
If christian wasn't real name, how was he going to pay for the monument? Was it going to be an all cash transaction? No. He told martin that he wanted to wire the money to martin's bank and then have martin make the payments when the granite company and other local companies required them. The funds may have been held in accounts elsewhere that were business accounts or trust funds that didn't have anybody's personal name on them. And apparently there were a number of different accounts that they wired money from because christian wanted the money coming from different sources so that it would be hard to trace.
