The Importance of Working Genius in Teams

It's still important that W's and I's and D's are in those meetings. If they're self-aware, they can say, Hey, you guys, I know that we've got we're out of the W mode or whatever else or I mode. So it's not a black and white thing, but generally speaking, when you pass from D to G, you're now an implementation mode. It should take a lot of effort or a lot of discernment to decide we need to go back and discern some more.
