The first step is understanding who you are in the research process. Where do you come from? Where do your ideas come from? And questioning on whether or not those are objective or neutral and if they're not Then how can you make sure that your voice and your experiences are reflected in the work that you do? While accurately critiquing whether or not you can do that work I think that's a really good start of just being reflective A lot of the ways I started with this work is just questioning every part of theResearch process.
