Are You Seeing That in Midtown?

There's definitely pre-built that are being built right now, landlord-wise. Are you seeing that in specific neighborhoods or is it kind of all over the city? We do a lot of our work in Midtown. Nick: My advice would be similar to someone who has a lease expiration in two years. It's never too early.
