The Importance of Reading a New Home Sales Report
As of today, we have 69,000 new homes available for sale that are completed in the entire United States. The existing home sales market is where majority of the inventory is given. There's like 1.1 month of supply that is actually available for sale. And then the rest is either under construction or not constructed yet. But a lot of those numbers are just coming down because builders can sell products.
