The Global Eco System Dynamics Investigation (GESDI)
Jeddi stands for the global eco system dynamics investigation. It's essentially a space lazer mission that is in space shooting lazer beams, or light or beams, down on at the planet as we speak. We need to know how much carbon there is so that when we see forest loss, we know how muchcarbon is being emitted to the atmosphere and contributing to climate change.
