How to Be a Successful Data Governance Person

The data governance community has come to it kind of happenstance that, you know, find those individuals and organizations who are culture champions. It's much harder than it sounds right or even sounds hard when I say it but in real life it's even more difficult than that. You have to be the stick to the goodness and you have to be as the data governance person. Sometimes when you when you say what has to be done it doesn't sound all that much fun and change is hard.
