How to Work With Grief
A lot of people are afraid to feel their pain because they're going to be overwhelmed by it. But if you really do this, give yourself permission to feel whatever emotion rises and breathe it out as the emotion comes up visualize yourself breathing it out. There's many many techniques and I work with people at an individual level and customize the approach based on what I think fits their own individual psychological profile the best. If you study Peter Levine's work you're probably going to get many if you study Basil Vanderclock. He's actually got a DVD program on healing trauma and traumatic pain. And that you might find very helpful.
