Google's Decision to Stop Including Non-Co2 Effects in Carbon Footprint Calculations

Google stopped including non-carbon effects from contrails in its carbon footprint calculations. Aviation accounts for almost 4% of global warming, equivalent to the whole of Japan. Google is now sharing its carbon calculator with a consortium of major online flight booking companies like Skyscanner and Booking.com.
