Black Cat Sightings in Maryland

There are a lot of different sightings of black cats in the Bel Air area right nearby where we were through 2000, 2001 and 2002. The more interesting ones were stories of pet goats being killed and dragged away near the Sesquahanna River. My mother lives in Falston and she had mentioned a hyena digging up something near the roots of the trees in the back yard which matched along with a Western Maryland call about hyena as well.
