Sleep onset insomnia is difficulty falling asleep at the beginning of the night. Then there is sleep maintenance insomnia, which is where people have long awakenings during the night. And then terminal insomnia, which i attend to lumpen with sleep maintenance insomnia. It's either my mind or it's my hormons, you know. So i've always been a morning person, but anything with a three in it can be a little but telleitherway.
