The Wiring Diagram Is Not Enough

Wiring diagram doesn't have the answers, because it's really dynamics in the graph. You need to understanding of the dynamical properties of the synapses and the way that the neurons are gated. If we had a global theory that was something like generalativity, what would it look like? The question is, if we wanted a higher level of programming, what would this look like?
