i used to work asa a carer in my holidays, like a nursing carasistent. i think how they treated death was so much more reflective of kind of who we need to be. Seeing your first death always encouraged. You need to talk it out with others. I didn't do that, and that's something i regret. And then afterwards, in the handover, we all like, talk about that person who's died,. We reflect on how itms made us feel. Usually there's cares really affected. It enables us s it's only about half an hour, and then we can then do the rest of our shift. And we're still really good carers
