The pitch was you never have to go and ship packages with the post office again. The value prop was that we would pick up your items they could be an unpacked state and then we will package them taken to the post office for UPS or FedEx whatever is most cost effective. We were picking up from businesses where every day at the same time at like 4 p.m. we'd go and have the same package. Then people started saying I feel like I'm wasting my time always meeting here at 4 p.M. can you just like take this box when it's 4 p. m. just like shift it off from me? That really lit a light bulb in our heads.
