Do You Have Deacons if You Don't Ordain Yours?

There are churches who do not ordain their deacons. The word diaconate only appears twice in the bco and it's correspondent with the session so if we allow that unordained people can be in the diaconate then we also have to allow by biological conclusion and consistency a mixed body. Do titles matter and does ordination matter? That's the big I mean uh my biggest problem with all these practices is is that I think ultimately it undermines the concept of ordained office and the doctrine of anUh of ordination.
