How to Build a Successful Product?
I went to A&D knowing that they were a failing company. I thought part of the fun would be could we turn it around? Rory Reed said he didn't realize they're going bankrupt until he got there and looked at the books. When you're young, like there's two really important things. One is are you working for somebody you can learn from and make sure you learn. Ask questions, try projects, get good feedback and also work in an environment where it's interesting.
