I think we're at a point where AI very much would be better than your therapist. There's one permanent advantage that AI will have over your therapist. If you come into a therapist with an easy to solve problem, and you happen to be super sexy, and you have lots of money, you're never going to be done. The last thing they want is for you to get a quick solution to your problem. It doesn't work for them. Follow the money says that AI will just give you whatever solution is fast and works because it doesn't care about money. But your human is just going to milk you forever.
