Prices in america are often negotiated. In a cab off the meter, you kind of know what its going to be. When i rented or apartment here,. i think it was a eight or ten page lease, i had to hire a lawyer. Never had a lawyer for a lease. Rent dozen places and 20 places in America. That was strange. What iad do to sign the lease, things i had to do to get the least done insurance. And it's all in hebrew. So that part's kind of challenging. Anything else, those are the ones that come to mid-mid.
