The band were called Scooter. They made terrible rave records by taking a track, pitching up the vocals and... He's headed in the BPM to 4096. Unbelievably, Scooter are still going strong. Only in June of this year, did they release their track Do Not Sit If You Can Dance - which goes like this. Mopead arrived that was a Scooter tribute band and they made songs like this.
