How to Scale an Econ Business

We're just systems, everything. We've got about 65 people for us and we're just like operation driven agency-wide. So I fix something through process instead of like fixing it manually. Once I sell the company, I don't think I'd ever run another business with lots of people. Bigger isn't always better in a way. You can make as much profit and get as bigger exit to a degree by not having the same amount of people. Going after profitability is really driving up, structuring better deals, making it work.
