Don't be afraid to write out on a yellow pad. It's how I would do it. Just write out a bunch of different ones. A lot of work that goes into creating an email that seems like you didn't put a lot of work into choosing the words. You know what I mean by that? Yes, I do. Well, that end because email is read without tone and inflection. So that's why if you can charge it neutral, there's not, you know, it's not lost.
