Adam: There's cool cold leads, warm leads and hot leads for people that aren't familiar with it. And one of the things that I've been doing is there's a couple of people I'd like to have on the podcast and I don't have any mutual connections with them. They want to feel like they've got to know you a bit first. Adam: The key here is that needs to be authentic because he'll comment on their shit on LinkedIn. Even if they haven't checked out my profile, whatever, the name is going to register just from seeing it enough times.
