The Politics of the Dark Ages
The vast majority of the public is still pre-enlightenment. It hasn't caught up to the Enlightenment. We haven't invested in missile defense systems as much as we should have. I don't know how good our interceptors are. The problem with Russian nuclear program is they have a lot of nukes.
