Reese and Jim's Divorce
Reese Witherspoon and her husband Jim filed for divorce on Saturday. They made the announcement in a joint Instagram statement. There are reports that there is a prenup in place, according to court documents obtained by TMZ. Reese will submit both the prenup and a permanent parenting plan for their son Tennessee to a judge in Tennessee for approval.
