Let Your People Know You
Leaders carry a load that others shouldn't. You've got to be authentic, but you got to be able to define the line between over sharing and under sharing. I think it's different for each leader. But you need to feel the tension,. If you don't feel the tension, you're probably doing it wrong. Yes. And the ennis. That also is a great transition to maxim three, let your people know you. Now this one mark, people are going to struggle with the balance of being known by their people and shearing too much yow. How do you find that balance? It's an extreme tension.
