Is There No $20 Bills on the Street?

The idea that there's no $20 bills lying around, the market is completely efficient, I think is just intrinsically end of history. It makes sense in context but if you actually look at the facts, I feel like it doesn't make any sense at all. And so, we should just rent a seat and chill. Which would be good or profitable.
