It's probably been over tens of hours already that saving just in the months I've been using it. You can go back to normal speed when there is some serious editing that needs done. And things like coughs are super obvious even at 2x speed. There's also a 0.5 speed, which I think would probably be useful for like you're trying to isolate a single little word attached to another word. It's very helpful for orientating yourself within the project and for finding those exact edit points.
