Lazania

A traditional lazania is made with a bechamel like that's the creamy component. However, there are versions of lazania that are made with cottage cheese. My problem was the lack of noodles. That was the thing that really drove you nuts. Ye y ye. You just don't eat em. I meanthat's really all you have to say about it. So, i do think a defining characteristic of alazania is the fact that it has flat noodles in it. Ok, well, we agree to disagree, and i'm comfortable with that, as long as you are fair enough.
