Staying Conscious in All Your Interactions

In an age when there is a growth of temporary increase in unconsciousness on a collective level, your talent is to stay conscious as a u human being who is conscious. So be present and see it for what it is. Don't be part of it. If you engage in social media, be careful that you are not drawn into anything reactive from social media. You don't attack other people on social media. That was very unconscious. But do not necessarily refrain from taking conscious action wherever you can, even conscious action.
