I often think it's really interesting for founders to share some of the problems that they're facing. I love describing what i'm currently doing and asking some onesk to tell me, how can i improve? What's the worst thing that i'm doing here? And if you're founder and you're doing found lead sales, and you have no sales expertse and you're talking to somebody who's been selling for the last seven years, hopefuly there's something that they can pick up on that can make you better in your job. You'll be able to see depth and the sort of ingenuity in the creativity of different folks who's thinking outside the box.
