The Future of Customer Service With AI

I think we're a ways off from having like affordable robots that can move furniture. I could definitely see an over-the-phone system because if you can write a script and you can expect the person to read a script, why couldn't you have an AI potentially doing that and coming up with prices and having a conversation with somebody? You know, there could come a day where you could be on a virtual with a robot.
