The amaloid hypothesis is king, basically. It blew up because we're human and we like easy answers. Between 19 98 and 20 14, 123 alseimers drugs failed in clinical trials. There's two sort of big problems with this. One is that we haven't been investing in other hypotheses. And the second is that it doesn't seem like this one complete works.
