Strength Training - How Much Force Is on a Bar?

When we think about strength training, what we really think about its force expression. We've almost narrowed down strength o this idea of how much load is on a bar. But for athletes, especially high level athletes, it's probably not a great definition of strength. And so at wat's one level, can you produce force, at a peak level, max force? What's prime more important i sport is how fast, or how rapid, we would call that rate of force development.
