How do you combine it all? You're a father, you work, and still train high volume. What is your approach? I wake up very early. This is this is early. Well, I mean, for four, four, three, four, 15, eight, I'm four, fifteen, 4, thirty. And usually I go early to bed. And I finish my sessions like at 9, nine, 30, and then I go to work. And that's it. Sometimes if I have like evening sessions or night sessions, I would do them. But it would be only for recovery just to get myself at ease and that my body recover. That was the game changing
