Even though you're only a couple of months into BBDO, is there a different way of working there? So for example, I had imagined that a digital agency or an agency that has digital in its DNA might be a little bit lower or flatter in hierarchy. For me, it's about the ideas. And I do feel like in the case of BBDO, where I'm right now, what I'm feeling is that these thinking about how ideas can proliferate,. It doesn't matter the medium and finding that idea that's going to help us there. That's what really matters.
