The Battle of Bakhmooten

At current troop levels, the Russians will eventually take Bakhmooten. The Ukrainians have been reinforcing in an attempt to either delay or prevent that. Russia is on the lookout for political symbolism where they can get it too. If Ukraine holds Bakhmut too long, their ability to rapidly withdraw those forces is increasingly questionable.
