i was curious if you see any danger in u x research or researches positioning themselves as a service within the wider organization to other functions. I do danger in strictly positioning yourself as a service. You become nothing but a usability testing service. And so i think that's not the best place for research to be. We need to be much more proactive than reactive. But that's also easier said than done.
