Kettlebells: A Tool for Athletes

Kettlebells are great because they really focus on hip power and core strength. 85 to 90% of people have subpar run form because of weakness. My husband is a professional runner, so he recently got me into kettlebells. There's so much explosivity in what we do in kettlebell training that lends to sports. And for runners, specifically the position that you hold when you run, you sort of bend at the ankles and you have forward motion.
