The Importance of Feeling Good
I ate it so much. I mean, even in my 20s, I would go to Hardee's and get the loaded on with Biscuit and then put a little gravy from the gravy and biscuits on the... I mean, it's delicious. But I was really putting on the pounds. That's the hardest part about trying to eat healthy is it's just an immediate reward. So you're just very happy in the moment and you don't feel... you feel kind of gross after. It's like you got to get addicted to feeling good.
