The choice of your parents makes a big difference in how you develop as an artist. I have had more than one student who chose Frisetta and then broadened it out by choosing Boris. It's something that there have to be a lesson. Sometimes it's attitude. Some people are great painters and great at composition but they pose everybody in fake poses.
